OneLeg, the customer experience agency relentlessly pursuing zero marketing waste, today announced the addition of a new member of the team.
Benjie Malinao is our newest Tech Alchemist focusing on Full-Stack Development.
In this role, Benjie will work on behalf of clients looking to get the most of their tech stack, especially as they look to better integrate chatbots and advanced e-commerce and marketing tools to the benefit of their companies and their customer offerings. In addition to being “crazy” about SaaS growth, Benjie is a valued new member of the team experienced in various aspects, including: AWS Cloud Architecture, AWS Microsoft Cisco VMware Certified, DevOps, SysOps, Chatbots, eCommerce platforms, Digital Marketing, and Marketing Automations.
Formally educated at TAFE New South Wales in network and systems engineering, Benjie also continues to further his learnings of several different platforms, including data center virtualization, cloud computing, chatbots and marketing and operational automation and robotics.
Benjie’s previous work experience includes as the founder of Automate8, a Chatbot and Marketing agency helping businesses scale and grow using conversation and omnichannel marketing. Prior to that, he also served in project roles as an IT Assistant Administrator for Top Juice, an Australian retail food company specializing in fresh foods, and as a System Administrator at Brooksys and as a Network and IT Specialist for CiS International, a telecommunications design firm in Australia.
OneLeg will also explore taking its customer experience solutions and service offerings to home improvement companies on the Australian continent through Benjie’s efforts.
Benjie has a wonderful daughter who joins us on some of our team calls. Benjie is also passionate about his local community in Sydney, Australia–volunteering for the past seven years with The Humour Foundation, a non-profit organization that spreads ‘doses’ of fun and laughter to people in need across Australia, improving the quality of life for people in hospitals, health and aged care facilities.
