KC, as she is known to us, is a tech expert who loves to learn new ways to help clients better use technology for the benefit of their companies and she has a passion for building Bots.
KC is all about streamlining processes and organizing information to be digestible to the average employee. From a technical perspective, she acts as an effective communicator both for the highly technical-minded to the average user, explaining with ease to all levels things like system integration, API connections, chat bot building, and website building.
She has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University—Fullerton, where she also minored in Anthropology.
KC’s started her marketing career in product photography and website graphic design. She began focusing more on the technical side of marketing several years ago.
In this role, Steven will work on behalf of clients looking to get the most of their tech stack, especially as they look to better integrate their CRM and dialing systems. It is in this integration of tech where his expertise in customer contact resource management, as a technical developer, and as a call center practitioner proves invaluable to clients looking to get the most out of their tech and their human resources.
Steven has a Bachelor’s Degree in History from California State University—Fullerton, and taught middle school History for a year before joining the ranks of the home improvement industry.
Steven’s prior experience includes 10 years working in different programs centered around developing the best customer experience from both a technical and practical perspective, including as a Communications Specialist, a Client Services Representative, and a Client Services Team Lead at Reborn Cabinets; as well as Web Services roles at CSU Fullerton Auxiliary Service Corporation.
