It could be that it’s not us…it’s you

When you go to the doctor, do you ignore their advice and go it alone based on your vast experience and education in medical science?

What about when the dentist says you’re in need of a root canal and crown replacement? Do you tell them you’ll take their “suggestion” under advisement and do it yourself?

Then why would you hire a customer experience agency to help you connect better with your customers and potential customers, only to ignore much (or most) of their advice and counsel?

People may not question medical professionals often, but some clients like to think they know better about specific tactics and strategies than marketing professionals. Marketing professionals go to school. We are trained to see what others do not. We notice trends and buying habits before others. We know how to make technology work for you. We are professionals.

Those of us now at OneLeg have run into this phenomenon throughout our careers. Honestly, it’s a driving force in the creation of the company. We know what works, what doesn’t, and we have the raw, hard data to back up those beliefs. While there is an element of “art” to what we do, it’s all based on our ability to get shit done for clients.

As the George Costanza character in the TV show Seinfeld was fond of saying to girlfriends he wanted to break up with— “it’s not you, it’s me”. George was looking for an easy out.

Maybe it is you? If you’re going to engage with us to help your business, we will do our absolute best to improve your tech and marketing stack, increase your brand reach and ability to sell in your markets. We will give you recommendations based on our expertise and experience—proven tactics and strategies for which we have the data that delivers positive results. And, we will guarantee those results.

On spec, we’re a reasonable bunch. We know we don’t know everything and we are all constantly learning new and innovative ways to do things. That said, if a client who engages us to help build their business continues to question whether or not to implement our proven, guaranteed ideas and tactics—it’s probably best for us to end the relationship.

Are you ready to listen to the experts? Contact us to see how we can help build your business. And with our guarantee, you really have nothing to lose.
